Refunds are welcome but will be exchanged only in store credit. For any issues contact help@souljasworldwide.com

 

In the case that a defective/wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer!

If a package returns to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping to reship a second time.
